FAQ

All Questions

How much does pressure washing cost in Sydney?

It depends on the size of the area, the surface, how heavy the staining is, access and the cleaning method. We give free quotes for every job — send a photo for a faster quote.

Do you clean commercial and industrial sites?

Yes. We clean shopfronts, footpaths, car parks, strata buildings, warehouse floors, loading docks and hardstands, including out-of-hours work.

Will pressure washing damage my roof or render?

Not with the right method. We soft wash roofs, render, painted surfaces and cladding at low pressure, and only use high pressure on hard surfaces like concrete and pavers.

Can you remove oil stains from concrete?

Most oil stains lighten significantly with pre-treatment and hot or high-pressure cleaning. Very old stains may fade rather than disappear completely.

Do I need to be home?

Not usually. As long as we can access the area and an outside tap, we can complete the job and send you before and after photos.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Sydney — from Palm Beach to Camden and Penrith to Cronulla.

Can you remove oil stains from a driveway?

Most oil stains lighten significantly with pre-treatment and hot or high-pressure cleaning. Old stains that have soaked deep into concrete may fade rather than disappear completely — we'll tell you what to expect before we start.

Will pressure cleaning damage my pavers?

Not when it's done properly. We use a surface cleaner at the right pressure for the material and keep the nozzle at a safe distance. Sand between pavers can wash out, and we can re-sand afterwards.

Should I seal my driveway after cleaning?

Sealing helps resist stains and makes future cleans easier. We can quote it when we clean.

Is house washing safe for render and paint?

Yes, when it's soft washed. We use low pressure and the right cleaning solution, and test on a small area if a surface is fragile or the paint is old.

How often should a house be washed?

Most Sydney homes benefit from a wash every one to two years. Homes near the coast, under trees or on shady sides grow mould faster.

Do you clean windows too?

We clean the outside of window frames and sills as part of a house wash. Glass may need a separate window clean for a streak-free finish.

Will roof cleaning damage my tiles?

Not with a soft wash. We avoid high pressure on tiles and walk the roof carefully. Any cracked or slipped tiles we find are photographed and reported to you.

Can you clean a Colorbond roof?

Yes. Colorbond and other metal roofs are cleaned at low pressure to remove dirt, mould and salt build-up without damaging the paint.

Do you do roof restorations?

We do the cleaning. If your roof needs repointing, repairs or painting, we can tell you what we saw and you can pass our photos to a roofer.

Can you clean around my pool without contaminating the water?

Yes. We work away from the water's edge, rinse carefully and avoid cleaning chemicals running into the pool. Our sister business, Pool Cleaning Near Me, can balance the water afterwards if needed.

Is pressure cleaning safe for sandstone?

Yes, at the right pressure. Sandstone is soft, so we use lower pressure and a wider spray to avoid etching it.

Will pressure washing damage my deck?

High pressure can splinter soft timber, so we use lower pressure, a fan nozzle and a timber cleaner, working along the grain.

Do you oil or stain decks?

We focus on the cleaning. Your deck will be ready for oiling or staining once it's dry.

Can you clean outside business hours?

Yes. Most commercial work is done early morning, at night or on weekends so customers and staff aren't disrupted.

Do you remove chewing gum?

Yes. Gum is treated and removed with hot water and pressure as part of footpath and entry cleans.

Can you set up a regular schedule?

Yes — monthly, quarterly or a custom schedule. See our maintenance plans.

Do you use hot water?

Yes. Hot water breaks down oil and grease far better than cold, which matters on industrial floors, docks and wash bays.

Can you work around our operations?

Yes. We can clean in sections, at night or on weekends, or during shutdowns so forklifts and staff can keep moving.

Do you capture wash water?

Where the site or job requires it, yes. Tell us about your site and we'll include it in the quote.

Can you provide quotes for a strata committee?

Yes. We provide clear written quotes and can break them down by area so the committee can choose what to include.

Do you clean basement car parks?

Yes — oil drips, tyre marks, dust and bin spills are common in basements. We plan the clean around residents' access.

Will the graffiti come off completely?

On most brick and concrete it comes off fully. On porous stone or old paint, a faint shadow can remain — we'll test first and tell you honestly.

Can you stop it coming back?

An anti-graffiti coating makes future removal much easier. We can quote it after cleaning.

Do you work with real estate agents?

Yes. Agents and property managers can book directly, and we can send before-and-after photos for the listing or condition report.

Can you combine it with gutters and gardening?

Yes. Our sister businesses cover gutter cleaning, and we can coordinate timing so everything is done before the photos.
